CSF plans 28mln stg AIM listing

March 8 (Reuters) – Malaysian data center company CSF Group Plc said it has applied to be listed on London’s junior market later this month.
The company, which focuses on building infrastructure for data centers, is expected to raise 28 million pounds ($42.49 million) via the listing expected on March 22.
CSF, which maintains over 200 data centers and has minority interests in Vietnam and Thailand, said its main shareholders include Chief Executive Adrian Yong Kwet On, who holds a 40 percent stake in CSF International Ltd.
Cenkos Securities Plc is the company’s adviser and broker.
CSF’s listing follows others like healthcare software provider EMIS Group which launched its initial public offering in February on London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) for small and emerging companies.
Iron ore exploration company Bellzone Mining also expects to start trading on AIM this spring.
